Large Big Beef (red) and Chef's Choice (orange) tomatoes. These big slicers have way more flavor than a grocery store tomato. Especially Chef's Choice, which has a higher sugar content, and lower seed count than most tomatoes. We pick our tomatoes at peek ripeness and usually deliver less than 2 days from the vine.
