We grow red, gold and white beets - you can request a color, but we can't gaurantee you'll get it. 
 
Because we grow organically, it is not absolutely necessary to peel your beets (or any of our vegetables). It is totally your preference, but we suggest skipping the peeler and using a kitchen brush to scrub when needed. 
 
Beets are available in 1 pound bunches or 10 pound bulk boxes.
