We grow both Red and White Scallion Onions. You can request one color, but we cannot gaurantee your request.
Generally (this is true for all onions), white onions are better for cooking and red onions are better for raw eating (salads, etc) because they are sweeter and less onion-y. This can be a general rule of thumb, but both varieties we grow are packed with flavor and delicious both raw or cooked.
Available in 1/3 pound bunches, or 5 pound bulk boxes.
