1 bunch of Harukei Turnip (Japanese salad Turnip)
These glowing beauties are probably unlike any other turnip you've tasted. We like to say they are like a juicy, sweet radish. The greens are edible too! For a great salad, cut up the greens and whites, add strawberries and parmesan cheese, toss with honey mustard vinagrette. Our CSA members and market customers love getting creative with these - cold soy sauce marinades, roasting, pickling. Whatever you do, first try biting into one like an apple!
